Our processing time is currently 1-5 business days to accommodate for periods of high order volume.

Our shop is based in China and we ship worldwide. 

International orders usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email or text. We have no responsibility over the package once it has been dropped off at the post office. If your package is lost, misplaced, stolen, damaged, or is missing an item, please file a claim with the courier.Refer to the Refund Policy to get more information on refunds and exchanges.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. If you do not provide a valid shipping address at checkout, your order will be canceled and refunded.For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes that may apply.

All orders are packed using bubble wrap/tissue paper, and a small reusable bag to ensure all the crystals arrive safely in transit.
We do our best to ensure that your crystal babies arrive safely. Should they be damaged during shipment, you may be eligible for store credit.
